Marcus

 

"Marcus" - a name derived from the name of the Roman agricultural god "Mars".  The month of March was named to honor of this god who signified  rebirth and re-growth;  like new flowers in the Spring.   This is how we think of Marcus' new life now.   Kept as an outside hutch bunny for over a year,  Marcus is transforming into a very sweet house bunny who now loves to be petted and cuddled and thinks sleeping on the couch is the greatest of things.

With his wonderfully soft rex fur and striking coloration, we think you will agree that Marcus is one handsome fellow indeed.   He loves to be petted and we know you will find his coat one you will love to just pet and pet.   Marcus is a big boy weighing just under 8 pounds.   His original owners did get him as a baby so we know his birthday is June of 2008.   

So, if you love the bigger bunnies or have a fondness for rexes, please come meet Marcus!   He would love to show you all the new things he has learned......like using his litterbox, eating lots of hay and salads,....did we mention sleeping on the couch????
