Biggles & Danny

Danny, the white w/black,  was one of three boys rescued from a neglect situation in northern NJ.   Biggles was born at Safe Haven when she came in as a stowaway with her Momma Raeline who was pregnant when rescued.   Spunky and playful, Danny had a zest for life and an interest in everything and everyone around him and had been adopted quickly, but returned to our foster care when his family could no longer keep him.

Danny  was his normal sweet,  loving, happy self the first few weeks back in foster care.  Until, as the weeks passed,  he realized that his family was not coming back.  And as soon as that realization sunk in, he became very depressed.  We could almost see him asking "what did I do wrong?"   Of course, it was not Danny's fault, but he did not understand.  So, we could not let that be and hoped that introducing him to our Miss Biggles would once again put a binky in his step.   And, it sure did!!

Danny really liked Biggles from the start;  and Biggles soon grew to trust and love Danny too.  Now the pair is inseparable! What fun it is to have a friend to eat salads with, play in bags with, and just sit and snuggle with.   They are just too cute!  Now all this pair needs is a forever family for keeps!   Danny and Biggles both will blossom in a home where they will get lots of love and attention.

If you are looking for a sweet bonded pair, we do hope you will come to meet these youngsters.   We gave Danny an approximate birthday of April 24, 2008, and Biggles was  born November 19, 2006.  They are, of course, spayed and neutered and have very good litterbox habits.
